新时代中华民族命运共同体构建理路浅探

A Probe into the Construction of a Community of Shared Future for the Chinese Nation in the New Era

从2014年中央民族工作会议上正式提出"积极培育中华民族共同体意识",到2017年中共十九大将"铸牢中华民族共同体意识"写入《中国共产党章程》,2019年习近平总书记在全国民族团结进步表彰大会上再次强调要"不断铸牢中华民族共同体意识",加强中华民族共同体建设、铸牢中华民族共同体意识已成为新时代党和国家民族工作最鲜明的主题,也成为新时代民族研究最突出的命题。本文梳理了中华民族共同体理论的发展脉络,认为这一命题立足于中华民族的实体性,肯定了中华文化的多元一体性,深刻洞察了中国作为统一多民族国家所面临国内国际复杂形势挑战的严峻性,明确了今后和谐社会建设的根本方向和基本着力点,因而是理论上需要不断深化认识、实践上需要坚定担当和笃定践行的时代使命。

From the central national work conference in 2014 formally came up with"create a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation",By 2017,In report of 19 th National Congress of CPC will put"create a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation"into Constitution of the Communist Party of China.In 2019,the President of China,Xi Jinping,at the National Congress for the recognition of national unity and progress again stressed the need to"create a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation",to strengthen the construction of community of the Chinese nation,cast on community awareness of the Chinese nation has become a new era of the party and the most distinctive theme of the national work,also has become the most prominent new era national research propositions.This article figured out the development of the theory of community,the Chinese nation suppose that his proposition based on Chinese substantive,affirmation of the diversity of Chinese culture indivisibility,deep insight into the China as a united multi-ethnic country facing complex domestic and international situations of the gravity of the challenge,has been specified the basic direction in the future harmonious society construction and the basic main point,so it is need to deepen understanding theoretically,shoulder responsibilities and live up to time mission practically.
