电子信息类专业复合型人才培养模式改革探索

Exploration of the Reform of the Training Mode for Compound Talents in Electronic Information Majors

新产业与科技革命需要的是创新能力强、工程技术硬、管理水平高的复合型高素质人才,因此探索高校电子信息类专业人才培养改革实践刻不容缓。分析了现有电子信息类人才培养模式中存在的忽视学生个体差异、难以激发学生主观能动性和学生创新实践能力培养不足的问题。在此基础上探索并提出了“四端点、两闭环”的人才培养模式,该模式以小组为单位、以专业竞赛为手段,有效联通高校中教学与科研这两个重要环节。实践证明该模式能帮助具有不同特点和能力的学生在理论知识、技术实践能力和管理水平上得到提升,并且该模式可复制、易推广。

Compound high-quality talents are needed for the new industrial and technological revolution,who are expected to have strong innovation ability,engineering skills and high management level.Therefore,it is urgent to explore the reform of talent training for electronic information majors.In this article we first analyze the problems in the existing talent training mode of electronic information,which include neglecting students’individual differences,difficulty in stimulating students’subjective initiative and insufficient development of students’innovation and practical ability.Based on our analysis,we propose a training mode of“four endpoints and two closed loops”.This mode takes a group as a unit,and professional competition as a means to effectively connect the two important endpoints between teaching and research in universities.It has been proven that this mode can help students with different characteristics and abilities to improve their theoretical knowledge,technical and practical skills,together with their management level.Therefore,it is replicable and easily promoted.
