协同育人视角下新时代高校实践育人共同体的构建

Construction of a Community of Practice Education in Universities in the New Era from the Perspective of Collaborative Education

“实践育人共同体”作为高校创新实践育人的重要模式,在提高人才培养质量、促进大学生思想政治教育创新发展等方面发挥了重要作用。然而,当前在育人类型多样化和育人主体多元化的背景下,实践育人共同体仍存在着协同性不强的问题,影响着育人的效果提升。基于此,立足于现有问题,从协同育人视角探索分析新时代高校实践育人共同体育人理念、产生动力及实践路径,切实提升实践育人效果。

As an important model of innovative practice education in universities,“community of practice education”has played an important role in improving the quality of talent training and promoting the innovative development of university students’ideological and political education.However,under the current background of the diversification of education types and subjects,there still exists a problem of poor synergy in the community of practice education,thus affecting the improvement of the effect of education.As such,based on the existing problems,from the perspective of collaborative education,in this article we explore and analyze the concept,the driving force and the path of practice education in universities in the new era,so as to effectively improve the effect of practice education.
