基于SEM的经管类实验室建设满意度影响因素研究

Influencing Factors of Satisfaction for the Construction of Economic and Management Laboratories Based on SEM

调研经管类实验室学生满意度对推动经管类实验室建设具有重大意义。结合经管类实验室的特点,基于顾客满意度指数(CSI)模型理论,构建经管类实验室学生满意度模型,并运用结构方程模型(SEM)进行实证研究,探究学生满意度的影响因素及其关系。研究表明,教学内容设置的合理性、培养目标的明确性、实验室的综合管理、学习资源种类是影响满意度的重要因素。根据研究结论,对经管类实验室建设提出建议。

Measuring students’satisfaction for economic and management laboratories is of great significance for promoting the construction of economic and management laboratories.In this article,combining with the characteristics of economic and management laboratories,the student satisfaction model of economic and management laboratories is developed based on the customer satisfaction index(CSI)model theory.Furthermore,structural equation model(SEM)was employed in the empirical research with an intended purpose to explore the influencing factors and relationship of student satisfaction.The research indicates that appropriate organization of teaching content,clear instructional objectives,comprehensive management of laboratories,and the types of learning resources were identified to be important factors affecting satisfaction.Based on research results,suggestions are put forward for the construction of economic and management laboratories.
