Training Outstanding Talents in the Construction of Double-High-Level Project

职业教育与普通教育是两种不同教育类型,具有同等重要地位。职业教育要为我国经济社会发展提供有力的人才和智力支撑。《国家职业教育改革实施方案》对职业教育的新定位,给全国1400余所高等职业院校人才培养提出了更高要求:不仅要培养人,更要培养卓越的大国工匠、能工巧匠。从人才培养模式、课程体系、教学改革、资源建设、教学管理等五个维度系统论证卓越人才培养的路径。

Vocational education and general education are different but of the same importance. Vocational education should provide talents and powerful intellectual support for the social and economic development of our country. The new orientation for vocational education in The Implementation Plan of National Vocational Education Reform has put higher demands for over 1400 higher vocational schools in our country. They should not only cultivate people but also turn out great craftsmen and outstanding skilled workers. This paper discusses the path of excellence talents training from five dimensions: training mode, curriculum system, teaching reform, resources construction and teaching management.
