摘要
教学质量是高校发展的生命线。教学质量评价需要通过校内师生评价、校外同行评价、社会评价等多方面开展综合评定。"互联网+"的兴起为高校教学质量评价提供了丰富的数字教育资源平台,有助于创新网络化教育服务新模式,完善多方面参与的评教机制。在探索"互联网+"对高校教学质量评价产生的重要影响基础上,分析了评价高校教学质量的关键因素,研究了在"互联网+"背景下高校教学质量评价过程中的理念变化和参评要素变化,有针对性地提出了"互联网+"背景下高校教学质量评价体系设计。
Teaching quality is the lifeline of university development. The evaluation of teaching quality needs to be carried out comprehensively by teachers and students in school, professionals outside school and other communities in society.The advent of Internet+ has provided a powerful platform for colleges and universities to evaluate their teaching quality,enrich their digital educational resources, and improve their information storage and sharing, which is conducive for creating new models of network education and improving the mechanism of multi-aspect teaching evaluation. This paper,based on the important influence of Internet+ on teaching quality evaluation in colleges and universities, analyzes the key factors related to teaching and research quality control under the background of Internet+ and conceptual changes in the process as well. After that, a new university teaching quality evaluation model is put forward.
