三螺旋理论视角创业型人才协同培养研究

Cooperative Training of Entrepreneurial Talents from the Perspective of Triple Helix Theory

随着我国高等教育管理体制改革的深入,大学生创业型人才培养模式变革受到越来越多人的关注。高校是创业型人才培养的重要基地,政府、企业也在创业型人才培养过程中发挥着重要的作用。高校、政府、企业等多元主体只有密切合作,协同推进创业型人才培养模式变革,才能有效整合校内外优势创业教学资源,提升创业型人才培养质量。在创业型人才协同培养过程中,尚存在认知、制度、体制与组织等方面的瓶颈,有必要明确校政企在创业型人才培养中的角色,多措并举,协同推进创业型人才培养模式变革。

With the deepening of the reform of higher education management system in China,more and more people now pay attention to the reform of entrepreneurship training mode for college students.Colleges and universities are important bases for the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents,and the government and enterprises also play important roles in the process of cultivation.Only by cooperating closely with governments,enterprises and other multi-subjects,can universities effectively integrate the advantages of entrepreneurship teaching resources inside and outside the school and improve the quality of entrepreneurship training.In the process of collaborative training of entrepreneurial talents,there are still bottleneck problems in understanding,rules,systems and organizations.It is necessary to clarify the roles of school,government and enterprise in the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents,and take various measures to promote the reform of the cultivation mode.
