战斗机气动布局设计对风洞试验技术的需求与推动

Requirement and Promotion of Advanced Fighter Aerodynamic Configuration on Wind Tunnel Test Technique

摘要 随着军用战斗机所承担的作战使命任务日趋多样、复杂,传统、非传统的先进气动布局设计起着至关重要的作用。风洞试验是支撑飞机气动布局设计的重要手段之一,在气动特性分析过程中对气动力数据全面性和准确性的需求,不断推动着各类常规、非常规及定常、非定常风洞试验种类与试验技术的完善和发展。对局部关键区域流动机理、流动特性的研究需求,牵引着风洞试验流动显示技术的进步。针对近期风洞试验技术发展,本文提出了提高常规及动态试验精度、提高布局/进气道/喷管一体化试验精度、提高试验效率、重视高超声速试验技术等重点发展方向。 Wind tunnel test technique is the fundamental way in support of aircraft aerodynamic configuration design.With the complexity and diversity of the mordern military aircraft,both traditional and untraditional advanced aerodynamic configurations are playing an important role.During configuration development process,research on flow mechanism and flow characteristics,the requirement on comprehensive and precise aerodynamic database have been promoting the progress of wind tunnel test technique including flow visualization,traditional and untraditional force test,steady and unsteady test.At the same time,precise fabrication of model,test data correction method,support system optimization,measurement system promotion and aerodynamic balance design have progressed dramatically,leading the requirement and the direction of highly precise measurement and correction,advanced dynamic test of future wind tunnel test technique.
