摘要
针对大量实际产品车型的K&C实测数据进行相关性分析,利用因子分析及主成分分析方法对其进行深度解读,从而更加清晰地展示各特性参数背后的影响因子,以及在不同悬架形式时共同因子对各参数的影响程度。研究结果表明,应该根据悬架形式选择不同参数进行目标设定,并根据参数间的相关程度进行范围调整,避免由此带来的潜在优化冲突。此方法可用来指导悬架的早期参数设计。
In this paper the correlation analysis was conducted for mass data from the vehicle K&C tests by using the Principal Component Analysis(PCA)and Factor Analysis(FA),so as to reveal relationships between the parameters and influences of common factors on the parameters for different suspension types.It shows that the suspension type should be considered for the key parameter selection and target setting.It is important to adjust the range of parameter values based on the correlation between parameters in order to avoid potential conflicts in optimization.The study results can help guide the suspension type selection,identify the key parameters and set reasonable targets.
