摘要 针对新能源汽车测试前期准备工作中存在的关键信号获取问题,提出了一种基于相似原理的CAN信号快速解析方法。确定诊断信号与CAN报文中所有信号的有效识别区并计算其相似度,按有效识别区相似度从高到低的顺序建立CAN信号验证矩阵,完成对CAN信号的定位。研究结果显示,快速信号解析方法大幅度提升了总线关键信号获取效率,缩短了新能源汽车测试评价的信号解析周期。 Aiming to solve the issue in signal acquisition in the pre-test of new energy vehicles,a fast CAN signal analysis method based on the similarity principle was proposed.Firstly,the effective recognition regions in the diagnostic signal and the CAN bus signal were determined and the similarity of two signals in those regions were quantitated.And then,the CAN signal verification matrix,established based on the ordering of similarity in the effective recognition area,was applied to locate the signal in the CAN message.The results indicated that the proposed method improved the efficiency of signal acquisition,which could shorten the signal analysis period in the test and evaluation of new energy vehicles.
