新能源汽车技术专业“三教”改革实施路径研究

摘要 以辽宁装备制造职业技术学院新能源汽车技术专业教学改革实践为例,对职业院校新能源汽车技术专业“教师、教材、教法”(简称“三教”)改革现状进行了研究,结合职业教育产教融合教育模式,详细阐述了新能源汽车技术专业“三教”改革实施过程中采取的各项措施,从师资、教学内容、教学方法三方面的改革共同着力,整体提高综合教学质量,提升学生岗位能力。 Taking the teaching reform practice of new energy vehicle technology major in Liaoning Equipment Manufacture College as example,the reform of“teachers,textbooks,and teaching methods”in the new energy vehicle technology major in vocational colleges is studied.Combining with the vocational education industry education integration education model,an in-depth analysis is conducted based on the implementation process of the“three educations”reform in the new energy vehicle technology major.It is proposed to jointly focus on the reform of teacher qualifications,teaching content,and teaching methods,improve the overall quality of comprehensive teaching,and enhance the job abilities of students.
