摘要
本文对一种曲臂结构侧向刚度不足的问题展开分析。首先,找到引起刚度不足的原因。然后,对上折臂、下连杆、下折臂结构进行改进设计。最后,经过结构改进,曲臂结构侧向刚度满足设计要求。这种改进设计对解决同类结构刚度不足的问题有借鉴意义。
In this paper,the problem of insufficient lateral stiffness of a articulated boom mechanism is analyzed.First,finding out the cause of insufficient stiffness,and design the structure.Then the lateral stiffness of the articulated boom mechanism can meet the design requirements.Finally,this inprovement design can be used for reference to solve the problem of insufficient stiffness of similar structures.
