基于ANSYS的电动汽车用永磁同步电机设计与优化

摘要 为了提升电动汽车输出扭矩的平稳性,提出了基于ANSYS优化永磁同步电机转子结构的方法。根据某车型的动力性需求,利用Motor-CAD软件对车用永磁同步电机结构参数进行设计与建模。以永磁体宽度、极弧角度、定子辅助槽深为优化参数,以转矩脉动、反电动势畸变率为优化目标进行多目标优化试验。通过参数化分析,确定最优的一组结构参数。优化结果表明:较初始电机,转矩脉动降低20.3%,反电动势畸变率降低52.5%。 In order to improve the stability of EV output torque,a method of optimizing the rotor structure of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on ANSYS is proposed.According to the power performance requirements of a certain model,the structural parameters of the vehicle permanent magnet synchronous motor are designed and modeled by using Motor-CAD software.Take the permanent magnet width,pole arc angle and stator auxiliary groove depth as the optimization parameters.The determination of the optimal set of structural parameters.The optimization results show that the torque pulse is reduced by 20.3%,and the reverse electromotive force distortion rate is reduced by 52.5%.
