摘要
基于WLTC和CLTC_C循环,阐述了一种动态修正方法,研究轻型柴油车在不同磨合里程下的油耗差异,以及动态修正对循环油耗和循环NO_(x)排放的影响。研究结果表明,车辆磨合10000 km后,WLTC与CLTC_C循环油耗均降幅明显,分别降低41.5%和4.4%;车辆磨合15000 km后,WLTC与CLTC_C循环油耗降幅不明显,分别降低0.2%和0.35%。动态修正对降低WLTC循环NO_(x)排放效果明显,同时对WLTC循环油耗影响较小,在磨合5700 km和磨合15000 km两种情况下,NO_(x)排放分别降低55.3%和54.4%,油耗仅分别增加1.2%和1.4%。此外,磨合15000 km的CLTC_C循环油耗在添加动态修正后仅增加1.4%。
A dynamic correction approach is introduced along with the fuel consumption discrepancy of a light-duty diesel vehicle under various running-in mileages and the impact of dynamic correction on fuel consumption and NO_(x)emissions based on WLTC and CLTC_C cycles.Several pieces of data indicate that the fuel consumption of WLTC and CLTC_C decreases dramatically after the vehicle has run in for 10000 km,by 41.5%and 4.4%,respectively,compared to the initial 0 km.Following 15000 km of running-in,there is a minor reduction of 0.2%and 0.35%in the fuel consumption of WLTC and CLTC_C,respectively,with little fluctuation when compared to 10000 km.In the 5700 km and 15000 km scenarios,dynamic correction for the WLTC results in a NO_(x)emission reduction ratio of 55.3%and 54.4%,respectively,but there is minimal effect on fuel consumption,increasing by 1.2%and 1.4%,respectively.Furthermore,in the case of a 15000 km running-in,the fuel consumption of CLTC-C increases by just 1.4%after adding dynamic correction.
