摘要
针对汽车灯具应用的不同塑料,从模具表面的抛光工艺、注塑工艺和塑料表面处理工艺3个方面,研究了不同材料、不同工艺处理方式对零件表面反射率的影响,为汽车灯具材料选择、工艺规划以及光学设计提供了重要的支撑。
In this paper,by selecting different plastics used in automotive lamps,the polishing process of the abrasive surface,the injection molding process and the treatment process of the plastic surface are researched.The influence and changing trend of different materials and different process treatments on the surface reflectivity of parts is researched.It provides important parameter support for the planning of automotive lighting materials and processes,as well as optical design.
