一种国产商用车散热器软垫系统的开发

摘要 为了解决某国产商用车散热器系统的抖动问题,设计出一款系统可行、结构可靠的新型散热器软垫。根据散热器的边界要求,首先,利用气浮式转动平台准确测量其惯性参数。利用Matlab软件计算系统的解耦率和固有频率。结果显示:系统各阶解耦率均大于98%,符合解耦率为85%的目标要求;各阶固有频率均落在1~10Hz以外;各阶频率间隔都大于10Hz,避免与发动机产生共振现象。由此匹配出散热器软垫理想的三向刚度结果。随后,利用理想的刚度值,通过UGNX软件建立散热器软垫三维模型。最后,利用有限元仿真软件对散热器软垫系统模型进行了强度校核,证明了此结构设计满足要求。本设计为商用车散热器软垫提供了一个成功的设计案例。 In order to solve the jitter problem of a domestic commercial vehicle radiator system,a new type of radiator cushion with feasible system and reliable structure is designed.According to the boundary requirements of the radiator,firstly,the inertial parameters are accurately measured by using the air-bearing rotating platform.The decoupling rate and natural frequency of the system are calculated by Matlab software.The results show that the decoupling rate of each order of the system is greater than 98%,which meets the target requirement of 85%decoupling rate.The natural frequency distribution of each order falls outside 1~10Hz.The frequency interval of each order is greater than 10 Hz to avoid resonance with the engine.Thus,the ideal three-dimensional stiffness result of the radiator cushion is matched.Then,using the ideal stiffness value,the three-dimensional model of the radiator cushion is established by UGNX software.Finally,the finite element simulation software is used to check the strength of the radiator cushion system model,which proves that the structure design meets the requirements.This design provides a successful design case for commercial vehicle radiator cushion.
