基于ProCAST的同步皮带齿轮铸造工艺设计及优化

摘要 针对同步皮带轮进行精密铸造工艺设计、仿真及优化,使用ProCAST软件分别对初始的3种浇注方案的充型过程、凝固过程进行模拟,分析充型过程的模拟结果、缺陷分布,确定最佳浇注方案。结果表明,优化浇注方案的最大缩松率为3.70%,缩松、缩孔的总体积低至0.59 cm^(2),保证了产品质量。 In this study,a precision casting process design,simulation,and optimization were carried out for synchronous pulleys.ProCAST software was used to simulate the filling and solidification processes for three initial casting schemes,analyzing defects and comparing their pros and cons.This comparison was used to combine the schemes and design an optimized casting process selectively.The results indicate that the maximum shrinkage rate of the optimized casting process is 3.70%,and the overall volume of shrinkage and porosity is reduced to 0.59 cm^(2),ensuring product quality.
