摘要
永磁发电机具有体积小、损耗低、效率高的优点,被广泛应用于汽车领域。针对永磁发电机漏磁问题,提出一种组合磁极永磁发电机,这种永磁转子结构既能起到聚磁作用,还能优化电枢反应电动势波形、减小漏磁系数。本文首先运用ansoft有限元仿真软件对发电机结构进行优化设计,然后进行漏磁分析,最后对电机带载能力进行分析,从而达到降低电机漏磁系数、优化反电势波形、提高发电机效率的目的。
Permanent magnet generator has the advantages of small size,low loss and high efficiency,and is widely used in automotive field.To solve the magnetic leakage problem of permanent magnet generator,a kind of combined magnetic pole permanent magnet generator is proposed in this paper.This kind of permanent magnet rotor structure can not only play the role of magnetic accumulation,but also optimize the electromotive force waveform of armature reaction and reduce the magnetic leakage coefficient.In this paper,the ansoft finite element simulation software is used to optimize the shape design of the generator structure,and then the magnetic leakage analysis,and finally the load capacity of the motor is analyzed,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the magnetic leakage coefficient of the motor,optimizing the back potential waveform,and improving the efficiency of the generator.
