摘要
选用PP/EPDM-TD15和PP/EPDM-TD20作为研究对象,通过在原生聚丙烯中加入不同比例的再生聚丙烯,制得一系列不同再生含量(0%、10%、30%、50%)的再生聚丙烯产品。测定8种产品的维卡软化温度、负荷变形温度、熔融指数和线性热膨胀系数等热力学性能指标,发现再生聚丙烯的热力学性能基本能够达到原生聚丙烯的90%。
In this paper,PP/EPDM-TD15 and PP/EPDM-TD20 were selected as the research objects.A series of recycled polypropylene products with different regeneration contents(0%,10%,30%,50%)were prepared by adding different proportions of recycled polypropylene into the original polypropylene.The thermodynamic properties of eight samples,such as Vicat softening temperature,load deformation temperature,melt index and linear thermal expansion coefficient,were measured,It is found that the thermodynamic properties of regenerated polypropylene can basically reach 90%of that of original polypropylene.
