摘要
基于对整车过减速带舒适性的理论分析,梳理出整车过减速带冲击舒适性的潜在影响因素。通过对各影响因素进行详细的主客观对比分析发现:同一车辆相同车速通过梯形减速带时所受到的冲击强度比圆弧状减速带大;合理的弹簧刚度和减振器阻尼是悬架舒适性的重要保障。分析结论为后续车型冲击舒适性的开发提供了重要的参考依据。
This article is based on a theoretical analysis of the comfort of the vehicle passing through speed bumps,and identifies the potential influencing factors of the impact comfort of the vehicle passing through speed bumps.Then,a detailed subjective and objective comparative analysis was conducted on each influencing factor.The analysis showed that when the same vehicle passes through a trapezoidal deceleration strip at the same speed,the impact strength received is greater than that of a circular arc deceleration strip.Reasonable spring stiffness and shock absorber damping are important guarantees for suspension comfort.The analysis conclusion provides an important reference basis for the development of impact comfort of subsequent vehicle models.
