摘要
某款杆式电子换挡器上市后,市场反馈换挡器手感不佳引起客户抱怨。因此需要对换挡手感进行优化提升。通过对手感分析,建立了换挡手感主、客观评价体系,对换挡手感各影响因素确定了优化目标。根据目标值对某款电子换挡器进行结构优化,优化后的换挡器样件装车后进行效果评价,得到评价团队及市场的一致认可,相关投诉明显减少。通过建立换挡手感体系,能够有效的评价出换挡手感的优劣,为电子换挡器手感优化奠定了坚实的基础。
