摘要
汽车爆胎应急安全技术直接关系到行车安全,国内已制定了一些相关的国家及行业标准,但目前在相关评价标准、试验方法以及检测实施方面均存在一定的缺陷或不足。本文针对上述问题进行了研究并分别提出了对应解决方案,相关解决方案被有效应用到国家及行业标准的制修订当中;同时对比分析了多种爆胎模拟方法并经试验验证,探索出一种行车状态有线控制炸药爆胎模拟方法,可起到与道路行驶车辆实际爆胎相同的模拟效果。文章内容对促进国内相关标准的制修订,规范行业检测实施都有良好效果,并将间接提高汽车爆胎应急安全性能水平。
Emergency safety technology for automobile tyre blow-up is directly related to driving safety.Some relevant national and industry standards have been formulated in China,but there are certain deficiencies in the relevant evaluation standards,test methods and detection implementation.This article focuses on the above problems researched and put forward corresponding solutions respectively.and the relevant solutions were effectively applied to the formulation and revision of national and industry standards.Meanwhile,a variety of tyre blow-up simulation methods were comparatively analyzed and verified by experiments to explore a method with wired control explosive in driving status.This method can simulate the same effect as the actual tyre blow-up of driving vehicles.The content of the article has a good effect on promoting the revision of domestic relevant standards and standardizing the implementation of industry testing,and will indirectly improve the emergency safety performance of automobile when tyre blow-up.
