数据计量学是大数据环境下形成的一门新兴交叉分支学科,其产生兼具理论与实践的双重价值,不仅能完善并丰富现有计量学学科群的学科体系,而且对于实现大数据时代下的科研范式转变、科研成果评价以及科技人才评定均有重要意义。进一步明确数据计量学的学科构建及其发展趋势,能为计量学学科群在大数据时代的发展创新奠定新的方向。文章综合应用了文献调查法、历史研究法、理论分析法及对比分析法等多种方法,在现有的研究基础上对数据计量学的发展历程、概念内涵、学科关系、研究对象与内容、学科体系以及发展趋势6个方面进行了深入的探讨与分析。研究明确了数据计量学发展历程的3个阶段,辨析了数据计量学与其他学科或概念之间的关系,界定了数据计量学的研究对象与研究内容,构建了数据计量学的层次结构、体系结构以及理论基础,最后得出了数据计量学的发展趋势,分别为:不断加强学科理论体系研究、数据计量学理论的融合创新、数据计量学方法的优化改进、数据计量学应用的拓展深入。

Datametrics is an emerging cross-discipline with theoretical and practical values in the big data environment.It can not only improve and enrich the disciplinary system of the existing metrics discipline group but also has essential significance for the paradigm change of scientific research,the evaluation of scientific research results,and the assessment of scientific and technological talents in the era of big data.Further clarifying the disciplinary construction of datametrics and its development trend can lay a new direction for the development and innovation of metrics in the era of big data.The article applies the literature survey,historical,theoretical,and comparative analysis methods to discuss and analyze the development history,concept connotation,disciplinary relationship,research object and content,disciplinary system,and development trend of datametrics based on the existing research.The study clarifies three stages in the development of datametrics,identifies the relationship between datametrics and other disciplines or concepts,defines the research object and research content of datametrics,constructs the hierarchy,architecture,and theoretical foundation of datametrics,and finally concludes the development trend of datametrics,which are:continuously strengthen the research on the theoretical system of disciplines,the integration and innovation of datametrics theory,the optimization and improvement of datametrics methods,and the expansion and deepening of datametrics applications.
