大数据时代电力需求侧信息质量评价研究

The Quality Evaluation of Power Demand Side Information in the Era of Big Data

【目的/意义】作为一类专业的社会化信息,电力需求侧信息对于培育电网建设项目,促进电网建设与经济社会发展相协调十分必要。电力需求侧信息的质量对于准确反映社会用电需求十分重要,其信息质量的评价成为一项必需工作。【方法/过程】构建了电力需求侧信息质量评价指标体系。由于可拓综合评价能计算评价对象与不同分类层次的关联程度,以便提出更有针对性的改进措施,文章基于可拓学构建了评价模型。【结果/结论】实证分析证明评价模型可行,给出了评价结果的具体位置和改进方向,结论更加具有指导性。【创新/局限】期望本文工作对我国电力需求侧信息质量评价与度量具有一定借鉴意义。

【Purpose/significance】As a kind of professional social information,the power demand side information is necessary for cultivating power grid construction projects and promoting coordination between power grid construction and the development of economic and social.The quality of power demand side information is very important for accurately reflecting the demand for social electricity,and the evaluation of its information quality has become a necessary task.【Method/process】The power demand side information quality evaluation index system was constructed.Because the extension comprehensive evaluation can calculate the degree of association between the evaluation object and different classification levels,in order to propose more targeted improvement measures,the article is based on extenics and builds the evaluation model.【Results/conclusion】The empirical analysis proves that the evaluation model is feasible,and gives the specific location and improvement direction of the evaluation results,and the conclusion is more instructive.【Innovation/limitation】It is expected that the work of this paper will have certain reference significance for the evaluation and measurement of information quality in China's power demand side.
