高校图书馆员数据素养的培育路径研究

【目的/意义】数字时代高校图书馆面临着服务升级,馆员的数据素养决定了高校图书馆服务质量。【方法/过程】分析高校图书馆员数据素养培育机理,提出高校图书馆员数据素养维度划分,从主体层面、客体层面、环境层面分析数据素养的影响因素,并剖析数据素养培育过程。【结果/结论】从完善数据基本素养、提高数据能力、培养数据思维等方面提出高校图书馆员数据素养培育路径,以期为高校图书馆员数据素养培育提供参考。【创新/局限】在未来的研究中,将聚焦于数据素养培育内容、培育模式以及培育机制等重点难点,以期为高校图书馆员数据素养培育提供参考。

【Purpose/significance】In the digital era,university libraries are facing service upgrading.The data literacy of librarians determines the service quality of university libraries.【Method/process】Analyze the cultivation mechanism of University Librarians'data literacy,put forward the dimension division of University Librarians'data literacy,analyze the influencing factors of data literacy from the subject level,object level and environment level,and analyze the cultivation process of data literacy.【Result/conclusion】This paper puts forward the cultivation path of University Librarians'data literacy from the aspects of improving basic data literacy,improving data ability,and cultivating data thinking,in order to provide reference for the cultivation of University Librarians'data literacy【.Innovation/limitation】In the future research,we will focus on the key and difficult points of data literacy cultivation content,cultivation mode and cultivation mechanism,with a view to providing reference for the cultivation of university librarians'data literacy.
