摘要
【目的/意义】构建多源知识融合的企业知识服务模型,实现企业知识增值,完善企业知识服务体系,提高企业知识服务水平。【方法/过程】基于概念层和本体层的知识融合技术,构建多源知识融合的企业知识服务模型,包括知识资源层、知识处理层、知识融合层、知识发现层以及知识应用层,并将模型应用到铁路企业,实现铁路企业知识服务的自动问答、故障诊断、知识推荐以及研发地图等功能。【结果/结论】基于多源知识融合的企业知识服务基于用户需求将知识有效关联,使企业知识服务更加智能化和个性化,为企业开展技术创新提供新的方法和思路。【局限】目前知识服务模型中的功能模型还不够完善,需继续充实功能模块。
【Purpose/significance】Build an enterprise knowledge service model based on multi-source knowledge fusion,realize enterprise knowledge appreciation,improve enterprise knowledge service system,and improve enterprise knowledge service level.【Method/process】Based on the knowledge fusion technology of concept layer and ontology layer,build an enterprise knowledge service model of multi-source knowledge fusion,including knowledge resource layer,knowledge processing layer,knowledge fusion layer,knowledge discovery layer and knowledge application layer,and apply the model to railway enterprises to realize the functions of automatic question answering,fault diagnosis,knowledge recommendation and R&D map of railway enterprise knowledge service.【Result/conclusion】The enterprise knowledge service based on multi-source knowledge fusion effectively associates knowledge based on user needs,makes enterprise knowledge service more intelligent and personalized,and provides new methods and ideas for enterprises to carry out technological innovation.【Innovation/limitation】The function model of knowledge service model is not perfect,so it is necessary to enrich the function module.
