数智时代企业智慧文档管理体系构建研究

The Construction of Enterprise Intelligent Document Management System in Digital Intelligence Era

【目的/意义】基于数智时代企业文档管理需求,构建企业智慧文档管理体系,提升企业文档智慧服务水平,助力企业数字化转型。【方法/过程】梳理了数智时代文档管理理论,提出企业智慧文档管理体系构建理念,确立了构建原则,设计了管理体系框架,提出了管理体系建设策略。【结果/结论】融合文件连续体理论、数据空间理论、生态协同理论提出“高维融合空间”创新理念,面向“文件连续、知识连续”2个文档智慧服务过程,从“文件连续维、数据空间维、生态协同维”3个数智驱动维度,汇聚“文档主体、文档客体、数据技术、文档环境”4个生态协同要素,构建了数智时代企业智慧文档管理体系。【创新/局限】对数智时代企业智慧文档管理体系构建问题进行了理论探讨。但由于相关基础理论尚未形成体系,实践层面智慧文档管理体系应用案例较少,后续进一步夯实基础理论、创新管理理念,并在实践中予以运用。

【Purpose/significance】Based on the requirements of enterprise document management in the digital intelligence era,we will build an enterprise intelligent document management system,improve the intelligent service level of enterprise documents,and help enterprises to achieve digital transformation.【Method/process】Sorted out the document management theory in the digital intelligence era,proposed the concept of building an enterprise intelligent document management system,established the construction principles,designed the management system framework,and proposed the management system construction strategy.【Result/conclusion】Integrating the file continuum theory,data space theory and ecological collaboration theory,the innovative concept of"highdimensional integration space"is proposed,which is oriented to two document intelligent service processes of"file continuity and continuous knowledge",and brings together four ecological collaboration elements of"document subject,document object,data technology and document environment"from three digital intelligence driven dimensions of"file continuity dimension,data space dimension and ecological collaboration dimension",It has built an enterprise intelligent document management system in the digital intelligence era.【Innovation/limitation】This paper theoretically discusses the construction of enterprise intelligent document management system in the era of digital intelligence.However,as the relevant basic theories have not yet formed a system,and there are few application cases of smart document management system at the practical level,the basic theories and innovative management concepts will be further consolidated and applied in practice.
