移动图书馆场景化服务及其优化研究

Scenario Service of Mobile Library and Its Optimization

【目的/意义】现有移动图书馆服务并未得到广大用户的认可,其被弃用和卸载的现象时有发生。为了改变这种现状,业内兴起了对其服务创新的研究,并迅速形成热点。现有对移动图书馆服务创新研究的视角有多种,但是鲜见有从场景化适配视角出发对移动图书馆服务创新进行研究。【方法/过程】为此,基于移动图书馆场景的概念界定出发,在对移动图书馆场景属性特征揭示的基础上,提出基于场景化适配的移动图书馆服务创新框架。【结果/结论】从用户信息接受体验的视角出发,依据移动图书馆场景化服务创新框架对移动图书馆场景化服务进行迭代。移动图书馆场景化服务为图书馆服务创新提供了触点和痛点,使移动图书馆更具生命力。

【Purpose/significance】The existing mobile library services have not been recognized by the majority of users,and the phenomenon of abandoning and uninstalling mobile libraries occurs from time to time.In order to change this situation,service innovation research has sprung up in the research field,and rapidly formed a hot spot.There are many perspectives on service innovation,but few studies on service innovation of mobile libraries are from the perspective of scenario adaptation.【Method/process】For this reason,based on the definition of mobile library scenarios,and on the basis of revealing the attributes of mobile library scenarios,this paper puts forward an innovative framework of mobile library services based on scenario adaptation.【Result/conclusion】From the perspective of user information acceptance experience,the scenario service of mobile library is iterated according to the innovative framework of scenario service of mobile library.The scenario service of mobile library provides the touchpoint and pain point for the innovation of library service,and makes mobile library more vitality.
