虚拟学术社区中科研人员合作行为影响因素研究——基于质性分析法与实证研究法相结合的视角

Cooperative Behavior Influencing Factors of Scientific Researchers in Virtual Academic Community——Based on Qualitative Analysis and Empirical Research

【目的/意义】虚拟学术社区已成为科研人员进行科研合作的平台,对虚拟学术社区中科研人员合作行为影响因素的研究,有利于促进在线科研合作的健康良性发展。【方法/过程】将质性分析与实证研究相结合,先是根据收集到的虚拟学术社区中科研人员访谈资料,通过质性分析得出相应的影响因素;然后以得到的因素为基础,结合相关理论,构建相应的虚拟学术社区中科研人员合作行为影响因素理论模型,利用结构方程进行实证研究,找出虚拟学术社区中科研人员合作行为的影响因素。【结果/结论】研究结果表明,自我效能、群体认同、社群影响、互惠均正向影响虚拟学术社区科研人员合作意愿,合作意愿与虚拟学术社区科研人员合作行为正相关,激励机制和系统易用对虚拟学术社区科研人员合作行为具有显著的正向相关影响。

【Purpose/significance】Virtual academic community has become a platform for scientific research cooperation.The research on the influencing factors of scientific research cooperation behavior in virtual academic community is conducive to promoting the healthy and prosperous development of online scientific research cooperation.【Method/process】The qualitative analysis and empirical research are used.Firstly,according to the interview data of scientific researchers collected in virtual academic community,the corresponding influencing factors are obtained through qualitative analysis.Secondly,based on the factors obtained and combined with relevant theories,the theoretical model of influencing factors of scientific researchers’cooperative behavior in virtual academic community is constructed,and the empirical research is carried out by using structural equation.Then the influencing factors of scientific researchers’cooperative behavior in virtual academic community are found.【Result/conclusion】The results show that self-efficacy,group identity,community influence and reciprocity have positive effects on the cooperative willingness of researchers in virtual academic community.The cooperative willingness is positively related to the cooperative behavior of researchers in virtual academic community.The incentive mechanism and easy use of system have significant positive effects on the cooperative behavior of researchers in virtual academic community.
