Development Strategy and Enlightenment of the National Institute of Informatics in Japan:——The Exploration of Possibility to Create the Value of Future

【目的/意义】针对日本国立情报研究所的发展经验,提出有利于我国科学技术发展的建议,进而为我国科学技术未来发展创造出更多的创新点。【方法/过程】通过案例研究法,以日本国立情报研究所为切入点,学习日本国立情报研究所在知识技术研发经验上的创新之处。【结果/结论】我国科学技术发展进入新阶段,各信息服务机构,在围绕国家科技发展需求的同时,加强信息基础设施建设,优化组织结构,提出优质的服务内容。

【Purpose/significance】Aiming at the development of the National Institute of Informatics of Japan,some advices conducive to the development of science and technology in China is proposed to guide China’s science and technology to create more innovation points for future development.【Method/process】Through the case study method,NII is taken as the entry point to learn the innovation of NII in knowledge technology research and development experience.【Result/conclusion】The development of science and technology in China has entered a new stage.All information service agencies should focus on the national demand for scientific and technological development,strengthen the construction of information infrastructure,optimize the organizational structure and provide high-quality services.
