Construction of the Discourse Communication Pattern of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law

习近平法治思想是全面依法治国的根本遵循和行动指南,探讨其现实的运化从而深入指导法治实践活动具有重要的政治意义和实践价值。思想本体同以其为依托所生成的话语之间存在逻辑关联性,以此发掘习近平法治思想理论体系传播的契合点和与时扩展的生长点。本文以习近平法治思想理论本体为采样,以话语传播的参与要素为观照基点,以话语活动为视域,探寻习近平法治思想在话语传播过程中生发、运化的机理证成及其传播格局的培育。

Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law serves as the fundamental guideline for law-based governance in all respects,and it is of great political significance and practical value to explore its practical operation so as to deeply guide the practice of the rule of law.There is a logical correlation between the ideological ontology and the discourse generated on the basis of it,through which to explore the fit point for the communication of the theoretical system of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law and the growth point for its expansion with time.Taking the theoretical ontology of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law as the sample and the participation elements of discourse communication as the basis of observation,and from the perspective of discourse activities,this paper explores the emergence and operation mechanism of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law in the process of discourse communication and the cultivation of its communication pattern.
