我国资本市场规模逐年扩大,各项制度逐步完善,在服务实体经济发展、企业培育、科技创新、资金放大与风险防范方面发挥着重要作用。同时,我国资本市场区域发展不平衡、不充分的问题依然突出,经济欠发达省份资本市场发展处于起步阶段。地方政府应深化金融服务创新,夯实资本市场发展的基础,发挥区域股权交易市场在直接融资中的作用,积极引导资金服务小微企业,在防范化解金融风险的同时促进资本市场发展。

In China,the capital market size increases annually,and various systems have been gradually improved.It can be said that multi-level capital market plays an important role in the development of real economy,enterprise cultivation,scientific and technological innovation,capital amplification and risk prevention.Meanwhile,China’s capital market still faces unbalanced and inadequate regional development,and the development of capital market in underdeveloped provincial regions is in its infancy.Therefore,local governments should deepen financial service innovation,lay a solid foundation for the development of capital market,give full play to the role of regional equity trading market in direct finance,actively guide capital to serve small and micro enterprises,thus promoting the development of capital market while preventing and resolving financial risks.
