内蒙古高校服务“一带一路”的人才培养研究

The Connotation and the Ways of Innovating Accounting Talents

"一带一路"背景下中蒙俄经贸合作日益紧密,人才需求与日俱增。在对内蒙古高校"一带一路"人才培养现状调研发现,内蒙古高校在"一带一路"人才培养方面存在以外语能力培养为主但国别文化培养不足、专业技术培养不足、师资队伍素质有待提高等方面的问题。内蒙古高等教育应从学科体系、培养过程、教学模式、师资队伍、"一带一路"科学研究五个方面进行改进,为"一带一路"建设提供人才支撑,助力国家"一带一路"发展。

Under the strategic of“The Belt and Road”,the economic and trade cooperation between China,Mongolia and Russia is getting closer and closer,and the demand for talents is increasing.An investigation of the current situation of“The Belt and Road”talent training in Inner Mongolia colleges and universities has found that,there are some disadvantages in the training of“The Belt and Road”talents in Inner Mongolia universities,such as the training focus on foreign language ability,but short in national culture training and professional technology training.In order to provide talents to support the construction of“The Belt and Road”,the Inner Mongolia of higher education should be improved from the following five aspects:the construction of subject system,training process,teaching mode,teaching staff,and scientific research of“The Belt and Road”.
