大学作为一个学术性文化组织,为避免文化意义上的同质化发展,必须建立适应时代发展、社会发展和大学自身发展独具个性色彩的大学文化体系。大学文化的个性化养成要遵循教育生态学的理论和方法,按照教育生态文化的传承性、地域性、适应性和学科性原则,发扬大学优良传统,培育大学文化品性;发掘地域文化资源,形成大学文化特色;发展校园文化素材,熔铸大学文化风格;发挥大学学科文化优势,造就大学文化标志,进而在人才培养、科学研究、社会服务、文化传承和创新中彰显个性、体现特色。
