摘要
公务员内部晋升难、工作压力大等因素,影响着新生代公务员的工作行为和心理感知,为切实研究并着力提升新生代公务员工作满意度,实现个人目标和组织目标相统一,将高承诺人力资源管理引入公共组织管理,探讨高承诺人力资源管理对新生代公务员工作满意度的影响关系,并将组织承诺作为其中的中介变量。通过实证研究的方法分析有效数据,得出适用于政府组织管理的建议。
Because the internal promotion of civil servants is difficult and the work pressure is great,which affects the work behavior and psychological perception of the new generation of civil servants.In order to effectively study and improve the job satisfaction of the new generation of civil servants and achieve the unity of personal goals and organizational goals,the high commitment human resource management is introduced into the public organization management to explore the effect of high commitment human resource management on the new generation of public affairs This paper studies the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment.Based on the analysis of the effective data by the method of empirical research,we can get the relevant suggestions for the government organization management.First,the organization should change its thinking mode,and pay attention to improving the job satisfaction and organizational commitment of the new generation of civil servants.Second,we should reasonably build high commitment human resources from the five aspects of salary system,organizational culture,promotion mode,training mechanism and job content enrichment Management mode.
