大数据背景下图书馆参考咨询服务中馆员的信息检索能力探讨

本文论述了大数据背景下信息检索的难点、提高信息检索能力的必要性,并从图书馆员应该具备的信息检索能力、以及提高信息检索能力的途径和手段几个方面结合笔者的工作经验进行了阐述,以期达到提高馆员信息检索能力的目的。

In this paper,we discuss the difficulties of information retrieval under the background of big data,what abilities should a librarian have,the necessity and the methods of improving them combined with the work experiences.Through this article,we hope to improve the information retrieval ability of Librarians.
