摘要
随着信息社会的发展,公共图书馆的参考咨询服务迎来转型之路。本文通过分析公共图书馆参考咨询服务的现状,基于文献调研与案例调研识别出当前存在的问题,进而从"资源、用户、团队"三个方面提出发展思路。
With the development of information society,the reference service of public library is on the way of transformation.The paper analyzes the current situation of reference service in public library.Meanwhile,the paper identifies the existing problems based on literature research and case study,and then puts forward the development ideas from three aspects of "resource,user and team".
