公共图书馆总分馆制建设与实施现状研究──以濮阳市图书馆总分馆建设为例

文章梳理了濮阳市图书馆总分馆制建设模式、建设经验、取得成效等内容,认为总分馆制在实现公共文化服务均等化方面效用明显;对其存在的问题如资金紧张、活动缺乏创新等进行总结与思考,以期更好的完善服务,实现总分馆制的协调、可持续发展。

The paper combs the construction mode,experience and achievements of the general-branch libraries system in Puyang,it holds that the system of general-branch libraries has obvious effect in realizing the equalization of public cultural services;the paper summarizes and considers the existing problems,such as lack of funds,lack of innovation in activities,in order to better improve the service and realize the coordination and sustainable development of the general and branch libraries system.
