Effect of statins on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases

目的观察他汀类药物治疗心脑血管疾病的效果。方法选择2018年3-12月山东省淄博市市级机关医院收治的心脑血管疾病患者74例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组各37例,对照组给予通心络胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予辛伐他汀治疗,比较2组患者临床疗效。结果观察组患者总有效率为94.59%高于对照组的70.27%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.558,P<0.05)。结论他汀类药物治疗心脑血管疾病效果较好,可缩短患者的治疗周期,促使患者早日康复。

Objective To observe the effect of statins on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Methods Selected 74 patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases treated in Zibo Municipal Government Hospital from March to December 2018.Random number table method was used to divide the observation group and control group,each of37 cases.The control group was treated with Tongxinluo capsule,and the observation group was treated with simvastatin on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 94.59%higher than 70.27%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.558,P<0.05).Conclusion Statins have a good effect in treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,which can shorten the treatment cycle of patients and promote early recovery.
