教育智库是政府或高校领导者教育决策的最强“外脑”,是教育或影响公众行为的有力武器,是教育政策制定者的智囊团,在教育事务发展中起到十分重要的作用。在国家教育数字化方针政策的指引下,在浙江省高教强省战略的部署下,“高教强省发展战略与评价研究中心”以自身所依托的学科,利用所在高校的学科特色和优势,以“双一流”建设为目标,为浙江省高等教育事业强省建设和发展提供对策咨询、政策建议、规划方案,并依托学科交叉创新团队,实现学科跨界交叉发展,不断加强学科建设、扩大学科门类,培育和发展优势学科和特色学科,为高校“双一流”建设赋能。
