区域分工、产业选择与协同发展——以京津冀为例

Regional Division of Labor and Industry Selection:Take Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei as An Example

区域产业分工是社会劳动分工的空间表现形式,是相互关联的社会生产体系受一定利益机制的支配而在地理空间上发生的分异,它是社会生产力发展到一定阶段的必然产物。然而,我国长期以来由于普遍存在的投资冲动和地区保护,各个地区往往在少数几个行业一拥而上,区域间出现产业结构同构、重复建设并进而引发区域冲突,这显然不利于区域分工和专业化的形成,不利于经济高质量发展。本文从产业选择现状和原因、产业结构冲突、地区贸易格局三个角度考察了地区分工的状况,研究了形成原因及后果。研究内容包括分工的描述、评价以及原因分析,并提出了相应的对策建议。

Regional industrial division of labor is the spatial manifestation of social division of labor.It is the geographical differentiation of interrelated social production system dominated by a certain interest mechanism.It is the inevitable product of the development of social productivity to a certain stage.However,the situation in China for a long time is that due to the widespread investment impulse and blindness,various regions often flock to a small number of industries,resulting in industrial structure isomorphism and repeated construction among regions,which leads to regional conflicts.Obviously,this is not conducive to the formation of regional division of labor and specialization and the improvement of economic efficiency.Therefore,it is necessary to study the status,causes and consequences of regional division of labor.This paper studies the industrial division of labor in Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei from the following three perspectives:investigating the regional division of labor from the current situation and reasons of industrial selection,investigating the regional division of labor from the conflict of industrial structure,and investigating the regional division of labor from the regional trade pattern.The research content includes the description,evaluation and cause analysis of the division of labor,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
