摘要 基于4G无线专网技术,利用便携式挥发性有机物(VOCs)检测仪以及便携式"五合一"复合气体(CH4、NH3、H2S等)检测仪与GPS定位仪,某企业率先与相关IT公司、生产厂商共同开发了VOCs及异味检测系统,并应用于炼化企业生产装置区、厂界环境空气中VOCs及异味的监测,形成大数据轨迹,建立健全了环境监测监控体系,指导环保、生产排查和异味源治理,对其他炼化企业VOCs及异味检测、异味源排查及其治理起到借鉴作用。 Based on 4 G wireless network technology,the portable VOCs detector,"five-in-one"composite gas(CH4,NH3,H2 S,etc.)tester and GPS locator are used.An enterprise took the lead in jointly developing 4 G wireless VOCs and odor detection systems with related IT companies and manufacturers,applied it to the monitoring of VOCs and odors in the air in the refining/chemical production area and enterprise-wide environment,and formed the big data trail.Establishing and improving the environmental monitoring and monitoring system to guide environmental protection and production inspection of odor sources can play a reference role for refining/chemical enterprises in VOCs and odor detection and control at sources.
