660V电压系统在炼化企业的应用分析

摘要 简要分析了炼化企业采用660V电压系统的可行性和经济性。660V电压系统在国内煤矿系统已有几十年的运行经验,国家有相关的技术标准,国内制造厂家有该电压等级电气设备、元件和材料的生产能力,在炼化企业采用660V电压系统没有技术和设备问题。采用660V电压系统可以使低压配电方案更加经济灵活,还能够提高低压配电的输送能力,节约有色金属,降低损耗,企业应用案例证明660V电压系统给容量较大又有变频调速要求的机泵配电时优势更加明显。在炼化企业生产装置越来越大型化的背景下,660V电压系统有着广泛的应用前景。 The feasibility and economy of a 660 V electrical voltage system adopted in refining/petrochemical complex are analyzed.The 660 V electrical voltage system is widely used in domestic coal mine system with rich experiences,and relevant technical standards are available.Its electrical devices,elements and materials can be manufactured by domestic factories.There are no technical or equipment problems to adopt the 660 V electrical voltage system in refining/petrochemical complex.Application of the 660 V electrical voltage system can make lowvoltage distribution more economical and flexible,increase its transmission capacity of low-voltage distribution,save non-ferrous metal,and decrease consumption.Through application case study in a petrochemical complex,it is showed that adopting the 660 V electrical voltage system has more evident advantages when distributing power for large and frequency conversion pumps.The 660 V electrical voltage system will be widely used along with the coming of larger-scale refining/petrochemical units.
