摘要
聚丙烯装置生产过程中挥发性有机化合物VOC排放路径可以归纳为聚合工段高浓度丙烯排放、干燥工段高浓度氮气尾气排放、造粒工段含氧低浓度料仓尾气排放、密封点泄漏无组织排放等4个方面。聚合工段高浓度丙烯通过排放火炬可有效解决,而干燥工段尾气长期以来直接排放大气,对周围环境影响较大,是聚丙烯生产过程中VOC及环保治理重点项目。针对不同生产工艺,不同VOC排放源,分别介绍了回收法、膜分离法、活性炭吸附法以及LDAR技术等防治措施,为聚丙烯装置的VOC治理工作提供参考。
The emission of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in production process of polypropylene plant can be summarized as four emission sources:high-concentration propylene emission in polymerization section,high-concentration nitrogen tail gas emission in drying section,low-concentration material containing oxygen in pelleting section and fugitive emission from sealing point leakage.High-concentration propylene emission in polymerization section can be effectively solved by burning in the flare,but the tail gas from drying section has been directly discharged into the atmosphere for a long time.It has a great influence on workers health and surrounding environment and is regarded as the key issue in VOCs control and environmental protection in polypropylene production.For different production processes and different VOCs emission sources,this paper reviews the VOCs control measures including membrane separation method,recycling method,activated carbon adsorption and LDAR technology,providing a reference for VOCs control for propylene plants.
