摘要
中国石化巴陵分公司热电部采用SCR烟气脱硝技术,配套建有液氨罐区,随着运行时间的延长,氨区系统逐渐暴露出管阀锈蚀,系统难以隔离检修维护,卸氨区域防护设施不完善等问题,影响氨罐区的安全可靠运行。文章梳理和分析了部分重点问题,从材质选型、供氨系统管路优化、防护设施的完善等方面提出了安全改进措施,有效降低和控制事故的发生,提高液氨罐区的安全运行水平,保证供氨稳定。
The SCR flue gas denitrification technology is adopted in the Thermal Power Department of Sinopec Baling Company,which is equipped with a liquid ammonia tank area.With the extension of operation time,the problems are gradually exposed in the ammonia area system,such as the corrosion of pipe valves,the system is difficult to be isolated for maintenance,and the protection facilities in the ammonia unloading area are not perfect,which affect the safe and reliable operation of the ammonia tank area.In this paper,some key problems are sorted out and analyzed,and safety improvement measures are proposed from the aspects of material selection,pipeline optimization of ammonia supply system,and improvement of protective facilities,so as to effectively reduce and control the occurrence of accidents,improve the safe operation level of liquid ammonia tank area,and ensure the stability of ammonia supply.
