农户宅基地退出行为研究综述

A Review of Research on Farmers’ Homestead Withdrawal Behavior

乡村振兴和城镇化战略给土地要素发展带来新机遇和挑战,闲置宅基地的退出成为制约土地资源要素发展的关键环节。通过总结归纳关于农户宅基地退出行为的研究思路和框架发现,现有文献主要从制度视角、微观视角和社会结构视角研究农户退出宅基地的行为框架。通过比较现有文献研究视角发现,文献主要是围绕农户是否是完全理性这一命题展开论述;研究方法上偏向量化研究,农户微观个体的度量成为学术界研究的一种主流趋势。

Rural revitalization and urbanization strategies bring new opportunities and challenges to the plot of land elements.The withdrawal of idle homestead bases becomes a critical link that restricts the development of land resource elements.By summarizing and summarizing the research ideas and frameworks for studying the withdrawal behavior of farmers’homestead bases,we find that the existing literature mainly studies the withdrawal behavior of farmers’homestead bases from the institutional perspective,micro perspective,and social structure perspective.Specifically,institutional change theory,property rights theory,institutional analysis,and development framework theory are used to construct the framework of farmers’homestead exit behavior from the institutional perspective;the idea of farmers’behavior,behavioral economics,planned behavior theory,and game theory is used to construct the framework of farmers’homestead exit behavior from the micro perspective;push and pull theory and social capital theory are used to build the framework of farmers’homestead exit behavior from the social structure perspective.The social structure and push-pull theories construct a framework of farmers homestead exit behavior.
