The US army tactical network has entered a new stage of rapid development along with the information technology developing.By the way of analyzing and researching the current status,critical capability and network integration,we can find the implementation method of tactical network planning and spectrum management.On the basis of above,the mechanism research could provide a reference path of our own construction for battlefield information network,At the meantime,It also has important reference significance for spectrum manage and control effective implementation of PLA.
