现代绣花机中绣带自动收送装置的集成与改进

现代绣花机在绣带收送过程中常遇到绣带横向收缩、打滑偏移等问题,影响绣花质量和生产效率。为解决这些问题,本文提出了一种改进绣带自动收送装置。该装置通过电机驱动和气缸控制,实现了绣带的自动收送和稳定固定。

Modern embroidery machines often encounter problems such as transverse shrinkage and slippage deviation of embroidery ribbons in the process of receiving and sending embroidery belts,which affect the quality and production efficiency of embroidery.In order to solve these problems,this paper proposes an improved automatic receiving and sending device for embroidery ribbons.The device realizes the automatic receiving,delivery and stable fixation of the embroidery tape through the motor drive and cylinder control.
