金属3D打印技术在民用直升机制造中的应用研究

摘要 随着科学技术的不断发展及航空航天事业的发展,金属3D打印技术逐渐成为热门话题,并且开始在民用直升机制造中应用,这一技术的应用也为航天事业的发展带来了翻天覆地的变化。本文首先探讨了金属3D打印技术的工作原理、分类及发展限制,同时探讨了其在直升机制造中的提高制造效率、降低生产成本及进行复杂配件的制造等优势。在这一技术的加持下,直升机制造行业必然会迎来转型发展,这对于民用直升机制造业的发展具有重要意义。 With the continuous development of science and technology and the development of the aerospace industry,metal 3D printing technology has gradually become a hot topic and has begun to be applied in the manufacturing of civilian helicopters.The application of this technology has also brought earth shattering changes to the development of the aerospace industry.This article first explores the working principle,classification,and development limitations of metal 3D printing technology,as well as its advantages in improving manufacturing efficiency,reducing production costs,and manufacturing complex components in helicopter manufacturing.With the support of this technology,the helicopter manufacturing industry is bound to undergo transformation and development,which is of great significance for the development of the civilian helicopter manufacturing industry.
