摘要
针对目前基于光固化成型技术(Stereo Lithography Appearance,SLA)的3D打印机大部分只能打印单一材料,难以满足制造具有多种颜色或复合材料零件的需求。在对现有基于SLA技术的3D打印机的主要设计特点进行研究分析的基础上,设计了一种结构简单、仅需一套光源装置即可实现多材料打印的一体化3D打印机。该设计能够有效丰富零件打印颜色,降低多材料设备成本,可较好满足用户对多颜色或复合材料等产品的制造需求。
At present,most of the 3D printers based on SLA technology can only print a single material,which is difficult to meet the needs of manufacturing parts with multiple colors or composite materials.Based on the research and analysis of the main design characteristics of existing 3D printers based on SLA technology,an integrated 3D printer with a simple structure and only a set of light source devices is designed to achieve multi material printing.This design can effectively enrich the printing colors of parts,reduce the cost of multi material equipment,and better meet the manufacturing needs of users for products with multiple colors or composite materials.
